Acquiring an Original Artwork

Echoes Gallery makes buying an original work of art safe and easy. With our expertise in customer service and our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy (detailed below)

Important guide:

i) Echoes Gallery do free delivery for those artworks located and also shipping address in United Kingdom. We strongly encourage you when acquiring any artwork check the dimensions and location of it, therefore you might know that your artwork will be transported in tube (canvas out of stretch) or in box (on stretch). Regardless of your country, we are not able to ship any stretched artwork larger than 50 x 60cm overseas.

ii)We do not do service frames, due the complexity of our customers’ wishes, and also, it concerns a complex logistic in transport. You may find some our artworks framed in local exhibitions in UK.

iii) Some our artworks will be located in private galleries in UK, and also in unusual places, which is allowed spot arts. Therefore, be aware about the location of it, whereas you can find an original artwork located in London or overseas countries.  All artworks location will be shown when clicking on ‘details’ in order to see your favourite artwork.

Here is how buying original art from Echoes Gallery.


When you offer to purchase an Original by clicking the “submit order” button, we will first check with the artist to make sure that the item is still available. The artist may have sold the some item through a gallery since listing it on, specially those arts works is located out of UK. Once the artist confirms the sale (typically within 2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship (if passive of charge), date and the final sales price (including any sales tax) that will then be charged to your credit card. You may cancel your offer at any time prior to receiving the confirmation email by contacting our Customer Support team by

100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy for all artworks purchased through the internet only

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that you can return an Original for any reason and receive a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs (No applicable for purchased exhibited artworks in local store or gallery). If you intend to return an Original, you must notify us of this within 2 business days of receiving it. If you return the Original for any reason other than the Original being damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Process


To return an Original, please follow the following process:

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs, unless you are returning the Original because it was received damaged.

Repack the item in its original packaging materials – if the package is not suitable for transit, contact us and we will provide you with additional instructions. Please note that you are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit, whereas the damage claim is denied by Company Delivery Insurance. i.e: UPS, DHL or whatever service delivery.

If is the Original is damaged when you receive it, please notify us as soon as possible (and within 2 days) by contacting Customer Support by
clicking here or by telephone on: +44 (0)20 8587 1612. You must retain the damaged Original and all shipping and packaging material. You will be given instructions on the process for receiving your refund and instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which may include inspection of the item and packaging materials.

Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs)


1. How long will my delivery take?


If you provided your email address when ordering, you will be sent a shipment notification when the item leaves our facility. The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country’s customs office. Regularly it will take 7 to 10 business days. Note that International orders shipped with Standard delivery cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to deliver. We usually do specially delivery.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

You will need the Order Number and email address used when placing the order. If you did not enter an email address when placing your order, please contact us
by clicking here with your order number and we will gladly assist you.
When your order ships, we e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Note that International orders shipped with Standard delivery cannot be tracked.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping, when on charge), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. 4. Will I be billed duties and taxes?

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Echoes Gallery has no control over this, and has no way of determining what your duties and taxes may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

5. Why can’t you ship to my country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries. If you are able to select your country when filling in your address, then we are able to ship most products to your country. Regardless of your country, we are not able to ship any frames larger than 40 x 60cm overseas. Thus, whole artwork whose dimension goes beyond that should be removed out of its stretch and will be transported in tubes or any other special container.

6. Do you ship to countries to which the carrier does not offer shipping insurance?

Yes. We will ship your order (at your own risk).

8. Can I ship original artwork to an international destination?

Original artwork is shipped from the artwork location directly to destination, and can be sent to ‘any location’, since that will not find any restriction. See FAQs 5.

Returning Original Artworks

Echoes Gallery is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges (In case, if applicable shipping charge) will not be refunded.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing. List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.
