We hold a range of artworks exhibited on our websites will be shipped to you from the United Kingdom, however as we are an online international art gallery not all the paintings represented will arrive from the United Kingdom and in some cases the buyer might be liable to pay appropriate import duties and taxes, please check the situation in your country with your Customs office before making a purchase, and call or email us for advice. Currencies

The primary currency of echoesgallery.co.uk, online gallery is the pound sterling, GBP. Our online payment system accepts payments only in pounds sterling GBP. The rate of the pound against the EURO and US Dollar fluctuates daily. Therefore any EURO and US Dollar quote is subject to change in the event of rates rising or falling sharply. Shipping

Echoes Gallery do free delivery for those artworks located and also shipping address in United Kingdom. We strongly encourage you when acquiring any artwork check the dimensions and location of it, therefore you might know that your artwork will be transported in tube (canvas out of stretch) or in box (on stretch). Regardless of your country, we are not able to ship any stretched artwork larger than 50 x 60cm overseas. You can find more information in Shipping & Returns.

Returns Policy

Clients are able to buy from us in confidence knowing that if they decide not to keep the purchased painting, for any reason whatsoever, they may return it to us within 7 days of receipt either to be exchanged for another artwork or we will make a full refund, less shipping costs. The following conditions apply when returning items:

i) We must be notified by either email by clicking here or telephone:
   +44 (0)20 8587 1612, before returning the artwork.

ii) The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as
    was sent.(Return process)

iii) The artwork is must be shipped via back to us within 7 days of
     receiving it.
